RETURN POLICY UPDATED 9/25/12: We are closing our store on October 1st, 2012. All orders placed now through 9/30/12 will be FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For updates on your order status, please contact us via email at info@modernchichome.com .

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please email info@modernchichome.com or call us at 877.455.6045 WITHIN 48 HOURS. We will gladly replace the item with no additional shipping fees. If you do not report a damaged item to us, you will be charged the cost of shipping the product back.

SUGARBOO DESIGNS PRODUCT SPECIFICATION & RETURN POLICY: All art prints and signs are custom made-to-order, therefore each sale is final; no refunds or exchanges on this item. All art manufactured by Sugarboo Designs is original and hand painted on wood. The pieces of wood used have character differences, including, but not limited to inclusions, grains, and knots. Therefore, natural variations do occur and should be expected. Sugarboo Designs ships items that conform to the samples shown at tradeshows and on www.sugarboodesigns.com. All images posted are photographed and supplied by Sugarboo Designs; depending on your computer screen, colors of each print may vary slightly in person. In the event you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, the order will be subject to the same return policy as outlined above, of which shipping charges will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If you refuse delivery on a custom order, no refund will be given. We are not able to accept returns on sale items.
