Orders ship on business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. We will email you with any updates regarding any out-of stock-delays or back ordered items in your order. If the out-of-stock delay is unsatisfactory, you may cancel your order and receive a refund upon request. Shipping & Handling Charges We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is deemed most appropriate by Modern Chic Home. Please note that shipment to U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, are unavailable for over-sized items. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping rates will be calculated based on live rates and product weight information from the United States Postal Service or UPS. We will contact you with the total shipping rate once your order is placed. Payments for shipping charges will be payable via PayPal and must be paid in full before shipping your order.
We do not currently offer the option of expedited or express shipping. We also do not offer international shipping at this time. However, in the event you need an item expedited or if you are interested in having an item shipped internationally, please email service@modernchichome.com with your request and we will do our best to assist you.
